"Property presents better from the outside than the inside"

The bed was comfortable and it had good water pressure in the shower.

The whole unit needed a good scrub down, walls, floors, carpets and windows. Very outdated rooms needs remodelling, the shower door wouldn’t shut properly and was very slow to drain the water from the shower. Not enough parking spots the owners/ caretakers took up quite a few parks that could have been used for guests, guests having to ask other guests to move their cars so they could get their own cars out. Very noisy traffic and trains 24/7.

Location was great

Was old and run down...no smoke alarms...stove was smoking when turned on wasn't clean at all...did not have utensils for cooking...the kettle was disgusting...didn't have a choice but to stay there as 1 of my family members had passed away...

Location, noise train but soon got used to it. Room was warm and comfortable beds

Needed to ask for fresh towels daily
