El Grano De Oro Hotel

Well located hotel with very friendly and helpful owners. Great breakfast with freshly prepared fruit salad and juice, good coffee and eggs. Spacious room with hot water. The hotel computer system was hacked and we got an email in which we were asked to specify our bank details by clicking on a link. The owners of the hotel immediately set correctly that this email was a fake and that we don't have to specify any bank details. You never have to pay in advance, you always pay in cash in the hotel!

The location was within easy walking distance to the centro area of Tupiza. We liked the secured parking. Sylvia was a wonderful host and made extra efforts to help ensure our stay was a success. Her suggestions for day trips were helpful. The included breakfast was very good.
