Rooms were spacious and we enjoyed being able to access the kitchen and breakfast items early enough to catch the ferry to St. Barbe

There were lots of stairs which was difficult , but not unmanageable for our elderly parents.

Location was 7 minutes from the Ferry over to Newfoundland. Room was clean and comfortable and self serve breakfast was included. Bed was comfortable and room was very quiet and meticulously clean. Host was very helpful.
