Breakfast was excellent and the meal in the evening.

The room needed a thorough clean. Very big cobwebs in bedroom and bathroom. Very dirty radiator, a lot of grime outside of shower, dusty skirting boards throughout. Dirty marks on walls. This was our third time staying here but unfortunately it will be the last

My room was quiet if not a little overlooked, but it was clean and comfortable

I felt it could be doing with a little bit of updating. Stay at carpets gave the first impression that money needed to be spent.
