All staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Lovely table for dinner. Excellent menu. Food was served promptly, hot and was very tasty. Beer was excellent.

Pillows were on the hard side. Curtains to fire exit did not keep out light. Soap not well placed when bathing.

The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was immaculately clean and well ordered. A separate dining room was made available for us and other family members staying on Suinday night at Sunday dinner and Monday breakfast

The breakfast was very nice.

The only reason I said I wouldn't stay here again were because the floors are so creaky! I know it's an old buliding, but surely something could be done about the creaky floorboards? I was disturbed in the night by people moving about, and I was also concious not to make much noise simply walking around my room.
