The view from the balcony and dining area was absolutely amazing. The breakfast was healthy, delicious, and the portion sizes were great. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room was very clean. I also really appreciated that they provided double blankets.

the balcony was not private, so I had to share it with another room. The room also needs more charging sockets. None of my chargers fit into the wall sockets properly, so I actually had to charge my phone in the washroom. 😑

Super gastvrije familie, staan altijd klaar om info te geven, zaken te regelen of gewoon een gesprek aan te gaan! De twee zonen waren heel sympathiek, top ontbijt, top kamer, we voelden ons een deel van de familie.

Budget Double Room I booked a budget room, but they kindly upgraded me to one with a stunning mountain view at the same price. The balcony was shared, yet still pleasant. The owner and his son were very welcoming and always smiling, which made the stay feel warm. Breakfast was a highlight—served with a beautiful view and truly delicious. The omelettes, Sri Lankan coconut pancakes, and chocolate pancakes were all excellent. They also arranged a tuk‑tuk for me to Ambewla train station for my trip to Ella, and the fare was reasonable. I’d recommend this place for anyone staying in Nuwara Eliya for a day or two. Although it’s a bit outside the city, for a short stay it’s a lovely option.

Good room, lovely views and a delicious breakfast. The owners were really helpful and the accommodation was in a great location.

Las camas hacían mucho ruido y el suelo y las paredes estaban bastante descuidadas. Si se quiere llegar hasta él es mejor ir en tuktuk, andando queda un poco a desmano.
