Guests should follow signs for deliveries to bring them into the city center at the top of New Street/Sadler Street. Please note, all the rooms are accessible by one or more flight of stairs. Due to the age and layout of the building there is no elevator. Pets are only allowed in the standard double and twin rooms, subject to availability and by prior arrangement. Guests traveling with children are requested to note the age and number of children traveling, using the Special Requests box. . There is limited parking for small and medium cars onlyPlease inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A deposit may be required at the property.

"HotFuzz film location accommodation in the centre of Wells"

This is an ancient building, so allowances have to be considered. The single room was small but comfortable, although a new shower unit would help. The hand basin is cracked, so it's just a tired room. This was Solstice weekend and busy. The lady on reception was great but sadly she had to keep repeating parking options to every group checking in. Please give her a set of parking maps to hand out and better still get a discount with a local car park negotiated as Wells is renowned for bad parking. Breakfast was fine, plant milk was available via request.

Some small tweaks and refreshed facilties would be good

"Idéal emplacement pour visiter le Wells historique et le marché."

La situation de l'hôtel au centre de Wells, le cadre et l'ambiance de cet ancien bâtiment avec le pub au rez-de-chaussée.

La wifi fonctionnait de façon très irrégulière et le petit-déjeuner, certes très bon, m'a paru trop cher (£ 20.-)

Spacious room, good cleaning, nice bed

No air conditioning or any sort of cooling method rather than a single £10 fan. Have requestd for another one but denied

"We had a lovely weekend."

Very good breakfast. Pleasant staff. Ideal location. The hotel is very ancient and charming. Room was well furnished with good amount of storage space.

The room was very hot. We were unable to open the window to allow a through draft, although 2 fans were provided. The car park was very small and we were not able to park there until the Sunday (having arrived on Friday).

Très bien placé en plein centre de wells. Restaurant, bar sur place et bon petit déjeuner.

La chambre était au dessus de la terrasse du restaurant donc un peu bruyante sachant que les fenêtres ne ferment pas bien. Il faisait très chaud, semaine de canicule sans isolation c'est compliqué. La salle de bain dans son jus, difficile de régler l'eau de la douche.
