Guests should follow signs for deliveries to bring them into the city center at the top of New Street/Sadler Street. Please note, all the rooms are accessible by one or more flight of stairs. Due to the age and layout of the building there is no elevator. Pets are only allowed in the standard double and twin rooms, subject to availability and by prior arrangement. Guests traveling with children are requested to note the age and number of children traveling, using the Special Requests box. . There is limited parking for small and medium cars onlyPlease inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Dinner in the dining room was excellent. The chef is very imaginative with the offerings and it is well executed. Breakfast was delicious with a lot of choices. The hotel had parking which was important since we arrived on May Fair weekend. The location was amazing, mere steps from the cathedral. Lots of shops nearby.

Our preference would be for a firmer mattress.

Location, the 4 poster bed (1st time I've slept in one) and the room had a lot of rustic charm.

Skinny hollow fibre pillows. When you have continental size, feather pillows at home, anything else is slumming it.
