Guests should follow signs for deliveries to bring them into the city center at the top of New Street/Sadler Street. Please note, all the rooms are accessible by one or more flight of stairs. Due to the age and layout of the building there is no elevator. Pets are only allowed in the standard double and twin rooms, subject to availability and by prior arrangement. Guests traveling with children are requested to note the age and number of children traveling, using the Special Requests box. . There is limited parking for small and medium cars onlyPlease inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A deposit may be required at the property.

Very central, free parking place to park the car , good breakfast, very friendly staff 😊

We didn’t like the bathroom, it had a sloping ceiling over the bath with tap attachment to use as a shower. This isn’t conducive for a relaxing shower however it’s an old original building so these things will happen due to age of building so be prepared. Places in the bedroom like worn carpet and some marks on the wall so could be upgraded. We were woken up at 6am by the market being set up however the owner had already provided some earplugs so they helped.

Breakfast offered a good selection served by friendly staff

There was a 2 day fair immediately outside our window that we hadn’t had prior notice about. No one at reception when I arrived to ask about parking and the staff member in the bar couldn’t offer any suggestions

Great little find. Right in the centre close to the cathedral. Friendly staff good drink and good food

Rooms need a bit of a makeover. No mirror above dresser but that was the only plug to dry hair!
