A little discomfort in going to the restroom esp at midnight & early morning. Perhaps you can provide a small chamber pot (arinola) so guests wont go down during unholy hours.

Had a great time discussing culture and geography with our host Noel and his wife Gloria were very effiicient, accommodating and helpful. They made us comfortable, our meals when delivered to our hut were warm and quick. They made sure our stay was comfortable and it was a wonderful experience. They went out of their way to welcome us and that our needs were met.

Initially when we booked our stay, the transportation and activity booking could have been better and more reasonable. We obtained our own transportation and tours independently .There was no capability to directly communicate with the facility's administrator and had to rely on Booking.com to relay information both ways. Aside from the initial booking using credit card, all transactions including transportation and tours were cash only, paid in advance and non-refundable which is why we did own tours independently. Other than these, we really enjoyed our stay and Noel and Gloria were great hosts!
