Sea view from the balcony. some visitors write that the bars are noisy, but the bars close at 2 am and it becomes quiet. Going to bed before this time in Pattaya is simply ridiculous 😅

The place is near the sea. Its cheap and whe breakfast is tasty.

Location was good, steps from the beach, steps from supermarkets and few minutes from food market. The staff was very kind and helpful.

Too many steps if you have heavy luggage on you. The room was basic, kinda okayish and while it was not expensive, but still, you can find some better values for that much money.

Good menu, location close to beach although a bit far from the center of the community. Room was spacious for the price.

Definitely could have been cleaner, especially in the bathroom ... even âfter I made a cleaning request. Even the grouting ảound the sink was dirty, let alone sandy floors.
