Hotel Steinbock

Location

Old hotel, room not clean. Dirty carpet and walls. When I asked for an iron, they send me to a laundry store to iron a shirt.

Close to train station and great staff.

No kettle in room

It was a good location and clean friendly service

Our room was in a different building than the hotel, which was still a good location, but I don’t remember knowing this was a possibility.

Location is perfect. Right in front of the train station. Staff is very helpful, facilities are good. Breakfast is amazing.

Rooms are a little small and dingy but they’re still good, clean.

Прекрасный отель в невероятно живописном Лаутербруннене, где буквально ощущается атмосфера Альп и горного отдыха. Само здание выполнено в стиле традиционного швейцарского шале, что добавляет особого уюта и колорита. Очень приветливый и отзывчивый персонал — девушки на ресепшене всегда были готовы помочь по любым вопросам. Завтрак без большого количества изысков, но вкусный и вполне достойный. Также огромный плюс — расположение: железнодорожный вокзал находится буквально в минуте ходьбы, его даже видно из окна номера.

Душевая комната показалась довольно узкой — пространство немного тесновато, особенно во время пользования душем.

Location to station was excellent, as was breakfast. Loved hearing the cow bells from the balcony.

Dining room was very warm.

Muy buen trato del personal del hotel, muy amables. Nos permitieron dejar las valijas una hora luego del check out. El desayuno variado, excelente. Recomiendo 100%, se ubica justo al frente de la estación de tren y buses.

No me gustó subir por escaleras con las valijas hasta el segundo piso pero comprendimos.
