Strategic location, just few steps to 99 Speedmart, restaurants, mamak, bar, pubs, saloon, clinic, most importantly, 300 meter to the shopping mall. The unit is surprisingly clean, interestingly themed, great beds, they even provide you the disposable toothbrush and tooth paste, unlimited drinking water and movies that you will never finish watching using their smart TV!

Parking can be a little far if you come back at night. There are plenty of parkings just that you will need to walk a little further. But good thing security is everywhere. You will also required to pay a security deposit before check in but I got the full refund few hours after my check out.

As they will need to pay deposit, this part could be better managed as the booking is done via booking.com with credit card. If there is any vandalism of the place, the credit used on the booking can serve as guarantee. Nonetheless the refund process is smooth upon check out, is just can be more hassle free if not required to manually paid the deposit
