The emenities and the host

Love the theme and location of the place. There are eateries nearby. The host is friendly, responsive and welcoming. Even the security guards in the place were helpful. Place is clean and comfortable.

One minor thing- would be best if the pillows were fluffier

As I need to be near paradigm mall kelana Jaya, not many 3-4stars hotels that is within walking distance; this place is just perfect location for those who need a nice place to stay without paying a 6 starts hotel price

This is purely suggestion to make this property more competitive and attractive for those who is selecting the hotel option:- 1) Would be better if the booking comes with parking lot . For business need, is hassle to have to make another payment for parking and request receipt separately. Can look at included the daily season parking rate into the daily rate with included parking space 2) the needs to pay deposit equivalent to 100% of the night stay is unusual for customer from booking.com as most places we booked via booking.com if to ask deposit, is only 10-20% of the per night rate. This need can put potential guest off as there are many scam these days, the request of the deposit amount is creating worries for potential guest that might decide to cancel the booking instead. Suggest to look at how others apartment owner works with booking.com where there is not such deposit needed.

Spend a night here with my kids and it was an absolutely captivating experience! Staying at this prison-themed hotel was unlike anything I've ever done. The attention to detail in the design truly transported me to another realm. Despite its prison theme, it is actually not “scary” at all like others think, but blended with the element of fun. The accommodations were surprisingly comfortable and clean too. A must-try for anyone looking for a unique family getaway!

Bought my wife and kid and I have to say this is one of the most complete suites that I ever stayed. What they are providing is comparable with other 4-5 star hotel. The concept of prison is intriguing but how they pull the entire theme is genius. Parking is easy, with a small fee, restaurants and stores are literary just a few steps away. For the price we paid, it is definitely worth every penny of it. Thumbs up to the hospitality.

I have no complain except the security procedure maybe a little strict but I think it is a good thing. Overall check in is smooth.
