It was very good. Very clean, great location, very nice young man at reception, explained everything very well, including where to park. Thank you very much.

One small drawback: for breakfast, hotel guests were seated near the door, where regular cafe patrons went. It was cold, and we were just supposed to buy breakfast from this cafe? That's a bit strange.

La vicinanza al centro storico e la gentilezza dello staff. La comodità della caffetteria proprio sotto casa, molto carina. La possibilità di prenotare il parcheggio nel garage privato a pochi passi dalla struttura , ad un costo onesto, considerati i prezzi medi di Innsbruck.

La camera è semplice ed essenziale, non ci sono TV, kettle o frigorifero. Noi avevamo una suite su due livelli ed abbiamo soggiornato in dicembre; la stanza era sufficientemente riscaldata ma il bagno no. Ci hanno spiegato come attivare il riscaldamento a pavimento ma era comunque freddo; oltre che veramente piccolo rispetto allo spazio della stanza.

The WiFi was a little spotty in one of our rooms, but this didn’t have a big impact on our feelings about the hotel.

Potrebbe essere interessante avere delle tende oscuranti: dormito bene comunque, ma unico punto migliorabile.

I really liked the location over the bridge so it’s very central but felt more of a neighborhood than tourist central. The owner was quite nice and my room while it didn’t have a window that opened they way she designed the bedrooms with a tiny little nook and the aesthetic of the room was very nice, clean and minimalistic but really nice.

Checking in on a Sunday at noon probably wasn’t the best as it is a full time restaurant too. The room also didn’t have a mirror anywhere besides the bathroom.
