Central location

Our room (room 5) was above the smoking area of the pub, luckily we didn’t return to the room until midnight but the noise of people in the smoking area didn’t quieten down until 12:30am. If we were expecting an early night this would have been very difficult.

Perfect location for walking around the town. It was spacious and beautiful. Yummy breakfast.

Rooms were clean, bathrooms ok, but clean

The inn should emphasize the noise from the bar. It was indeed very noisy

Great stay ..arrived early due to attending a wedding and the young man on reception went well out of his way to show us around and give us all the details on our stay, the young lady (tina) who cooked us a superb breakfast was so helpfull and pleasant...both a credit to this hotel....Will definitely return if in this part of the country again...

The location is excellent. The beds very comfortable and the room spacious. Tea, coffee etc very nice. The breakfast was excellent!! The best English breakfast by far and fabulous poached eggs (as we all know how difficult it can be to make perfect poached eggs!

No en-suite. The ‘private’ bathroom, although sole use for the room, is a couple of feet away in the corridor.

We loved everything. The bed was large and comfortable. It was very clean. The breakfast was delicious with a good range of choice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They even carried our bag up the stairs. We heard a little noise from the bar but that was expected and not very loud.
