our reservation didn{t include breakfast, because the room didn{t have coffe however the staff was very nice in prepare a coffe in the restaurant

The sower didn´t work 2 days in a row in terms of hot water, we mentioned however as the hitting was provided by a system that depended on the sun, they couldn solved it because those days where not too hot. We were a lil disapointed.

Everything was perfect such a great experience

Luis made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. He has taken a lot of care and attention for your little home from home. Even though the property is not in the centre of Bacalar, if you have a car this is a welcome oasis away from the club strip. We highly recommend you book Estancia Lapislázuli if you want that personal touch

Room was OK

We booked the room thinking there was AC in it (the descriptions and room names seem purposefully misleading) and when we arrived the host said "you have booked a room without AC, I recommend you upgrade to the one with AC at an additional cost", and insisted saying it was really hot. At that time we were also informed that we had to pay an additional fee for accessing the Laguna. The room itself was OK, but nothing to get overly excited for. A bit spartan, no mini-fridge to keep drinks in, no chair, just a desk, a bed and a coat hanger.

I love the design of the room. the flooring, comfortable bed, bathroom, I love that there is a porch area for the room. Very calm grounds.
