All the staff were warm and friendly, always greeting us with a smile, making us feel at home.

The breakfast was served in one of the restaurants in the property and was freshly made with a superb choice. The staff looking after us were lovely

Comfy beds, slept lika a baby! The location is perfect, delicious breakfast and staff was very kind and helpful!

Fantastic staff who were incredible and helpful during our stay. The room was clean and comfortable with all the expected amenities. Breakfast was excellent also.

We managed but it is worth noting that the old town is difficult to drive through during the day to drop off luggage and there are a few flights of stairs from street level although staff helped take luggage to our room it probably wouldn’t suit people who are not good with stairs.

In a wonderful location, very close to the heart of Bergamo. Breakfast is excellent and we also ate at one of their restaurants, immediately opposite, where we had a superb meal. The room we had was very comfortable, with a huge bathroom. Staff were very helpful and kind. For those who are less mobile, be aware that the rooms are up several flights of stairs. This was no problem for us, but it’s good to be forewarned.
