Great location Spacious Nice to have fridge and cooking facilities

Ok, have to be honest here- it’s up 7, yes 7, flights of stairs so if you are going to struggle with the this be aware. It’s in an historic building so I understand that a lift is not an option, but trust me, check you haven’t forgotten anything before you leave the apartment…. Also, as is usual for central accommodation in Italian towns there is street noise… At 0645, the street cleaner goes up the street, at 0700 the delivery lorry with its reversing beeper arrives, at 0715 the street cleaner comes back down the road and at 0730 the church bells ring. And ring. Don’t bother with an alarm clock but do bring earplugs! TV only in Italian At weekends noise from nearby bar:restaurant garden area ( see comment re earplugs…) This is open until 0100, which I was surprised was allowed in such a compact area. Was fine on weekdays.

Excellent stay in beautiful part of bergamo. Stunning buildings, route to room convoluted but worth it. Over 709 years old. Restaurant associated with hotel is breathtaking. Amazing service and beautiful surroundings. Very reasonable for eating in such a classy establishment. Paid €15 for a pizza. Rooms immaculate and spacious with excellent amount of storage. Heater and air conditioning, tv and mini fridge. Humungous shower. Gentleman on reception was so polite and informative. He helped me to room with my bags and explained all about the building and the area. He explained the room set up and carried my case. Gold star service all around.

Nice, spacious room and bathroom with some view over hills (over and beyond some buildings where work is being done), helpful staff. Excellent breakfast (and dinner if needed) in restaurant a few yards up the road. Perfect location especially if arriving on A1 Cittalta bus from Milan Bergamot airport or train station (get off at last stop Colle Aperto and it's around 300m walk) and it's in heart of the old town which is just wonderful!

Having blinds that could be opened up to better see outside would improve the room. As other reviewers have mentioned, the rooms are up 3 flights of stairs which didn't bother us but might be a problem for some people (they did help us with the luggage which was nice)

La ubicacion es excepcional.Lo mejor sin duda.La habitacion tipo Suite para 3 pax perfecta, Una cama individual en la parte de arriba y una cama de matrimonio en la parte de abajo.El baño es enorme con ducha y con bañera. El desayuno, si no fuera. Por una mala organización hubiera sido muy bueno también.

En mi caso, la desorganización a primera hora en el desayuno. El primer día que llegué, el desayuno muy bien, productos buenos de calidad.El segundo día, tenía que irme antes porque tenía una excursión a Milán. El desayuno abría a las 7:45 pero por sorpresa no había nada, y eran las 8:15 y no habían puesto prácticamente ningún producto. Al día siguiente, más de lo mismo. Sin prácticamente, productos del primer día. Muy mala organización. Entiendo que el alojamiento esté muy bien ubicado, pero es muy caro para lo que ofrece.

Absolut super Lage . Trotzdem - sehr lärmig und irgendwie findet man nie zur Ruhe. Toll, dass ihre Restaurants gleich um die Ecke waren. Für den Hund gibt es in kurzer Distanz Spaziermöglichkeiten rund um das traumhafte Bergamo.

Mit einem Fahrzeug das Gepäck vor der Laconda abzuladen, nicht empfehlenswert.
