The location and the rooms

The 2 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment was a very stylish and large set up, with a fabulous bathroom and shower. The large bed in the bigger bedroom was actually TOO soft (not a normal hotel complaint!) and caused minor back support isses. But the setup is grand, including a washing machne, full kitchen if you needed it etc etc. The only things to note are 1) this apartment is at the top of the building and so up 80+ stairs. While the helpful staff carried suitcases up, it is likely to be an issue for some people, 2) the public parking was a ripoff 60 euro for under 48 hours. I'm not sure what the alternative is, but this is an absurd price. And 3), while breakfast is advertised till 10.30am, they seem unwilling to top up supplies unless you ask, so it pays to get there early.

The location was great. The first staff person we met was welcoming and informative, almost making us forget that we had three stories of stairs to walk up!

Staff attitudes were inconsistent.

Ubytovali jsme se v krásně zařízeném apartmánu v Locanda Mimmo, prostorném a plně vybaveném. Večeřeli jsme v jejich vlastní Trattorii, která byla vynikající. Toto místo vřele doporučuji k pobytu v bergamské čtvrti Città Alta.
