"Bank holiday weekend of birdwatching."

Good location. Lovely clean room & fresh towels. Clean bedding. Good shower. Vicky was lovely & friendly. Breakfast supplied was left outside the door, which was weetabix, pain au chocolate, milk & orange juice in a thermos. Nice meal but I've had better fish & chips. If birdwatching again in the area I would book again.

The carpets in the hallway were a little worn. Steps down to the room & 1 step into the room caught me out. Mattress springs a bit uncomfortable.

We knew in advance there would only be a packed, light breakfast - a little disappointing content but sufficient. (Pleased that, because of a car boot sale on the second morning in the car park, a full English breakfast was put on for those attending and we were able to join in.) The staff were lovely and very helpful.

The "continental" breakfast could have been more substantial and although a hairdryer was listed as available in the room there wasn't one - one was available on request from staff, however.
