Breakfast was taken at the village post office. The fact that rooms were not close together was not a problem. 2 0f the rooms were. Guess it was more to do with whether twin/single request, rather than double. Everywhere very clean Excellent pub meal when we arrived. Good menu

The bedroom was excellent. The quality of the fixtures and fittings, the comfort of the bed and the room as a whole was very good, I slept really well. The member of staff who checked me in and who I spoke with later in the evening was very friendly and helpful. I will seriously consider this hotel again next time I am in the area.

I was disappointed that there was no food available on a Monday evening, but was given suggestions on places to go to. A cooked breakfast would also have been nice, but again I was directed to the local post office cafe who do a very good breakfast at a very reasonable price.

Owner very welcoming and helpful. Room spotless and bed comfortable. Nice views. Live music and restaurant area added to a nice stay. Would stay again.

Only one small point. Continental breakfast delivered to door but nowhere to set it up and eat - had to pour milk on cereal with bowl on the floor! A small fold up table or perhaps a table leaf from the unit where the TV is in front of the window would be a useful addition. 2 chairs provided but this didn't help without a table or place to put breakfast -ended up eating sitting on bed.

Beautiful comfortable pub and rooms. Great and attentive staff. Superb standard of food and all for a reasonable price. Would highly recommend.

Clean tidy and quiet location,friendly positive welcome ,extremely polite and helpful. Great choice of menu quality food. Really comfortable clean room .
