Clean, welcoming. Good value. Staff were very nice and welcoming.

The room was clean. Towels were provided along with a breakfast. The lady who showed us to our room was very professional and helpful. We would stay here again.

Lovely quiet location in pretty village. Exceptional view of the Humber Bridge a short walk away. Excellent spot for exploring Lincs and Humberside attractions. Staff were amongst the most friendly and helpful I have come across.

Breakfast is included but because the kitchen isn't open early in the morning, it is delivered the night before and consists of things like breakfast cereal, pre-packed pain au chocolat , orange juice etc. But at the price I paid I cannot really complain.

WiFi wasn’t working and had poor reception. Owner did explain they had an issue and was raised with their supplier

I move around a lot with work so I stay in lots of accommodation i can say this is a little gem 💎 And the surrounding areas are breathtaking

Breakfast is supplied on a tray outside your room which is delivered when the bar closes in the evening. This may seem odd, but actually this is mega convenient and worked really well for me.

Would be nice to have free WiFi included. The rate for the WiFi was expensive compared to Premier INN (free) or Travelodge
