The activities coordination was not ideal. I was not informed of a confirmed booking and then charged. However, to their credit, management did reverse the charges after understanding the circumstances.

We stayed at Nayara Hangaroa as a couple, and it was truly an unforgettable experience from start to finish when you consider how isolated this property is. The property itself is stunning, with a beautiful pool —perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The entire atmosphere feels peaceful and thoughtfully designed, blending seamlessly with the natural surroundings. The food was consistently excellent. Every meal felt fresh and well-prepared, and we especially loved the themed dinner nights, which added a fun and cultural element to our stay. It gave us something to look forward to each evening and made dining feel like an experience, not just a meal. Service across the resort was warm and genuinely friendly. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and taken care of, without ever being intrusive. Our bungalow was spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed—ideal for unwinding after excursions. It felt private and luxurious while still maintaining a connection to the island’s unique character. The excursions offered were varied and well-organized, allowing us to experience the history, culture, and natural beauty of Easter Island in a meaningful way. There was a great balance of activity and relaxation throughout our stay. Overall, Nayara Hangaroa delivered a perfect blend of comfort, culture, and hospitality. We would absolutely recommend it to couples looking for a special and memorable getaway.

We loved the hotel. We had a beautiful room and we were glad we booked the Discovery programme as the excursions covered a lot of ground. The best excursions were to the moai quarry and to the stand of moai close to the beach (whose name I can't recall immediately). Our room cleaner was a lovely lady (again, I can't recall her name) and our room was always beautifully kept. Rafael in the restaurant was very friendly and helpful.

In short, Nayara Hangaroa is amazing. The accommodations are quite nice but it's really all about the people and they have some of the nicest people I have ever met when traveling. Service at the restaurants is excellent but once again, the people working there set them off from other places I have visited. The excursions were very, very good and our tour guide was exceptional. He was the best I've ever had as a tour guide anywhere. And let's face it, when going to the end of the world so far from anywhere else you want the best experience possible and that's what my wife and I received.

La atención personalizada, que te llamen por tu nombre es un lujo. La piscina es impresionante y grande, da mucha paz estar allí y te permite desconectar. La habitación es amplia y una de las cosas que más me gusto fue ver el amanecer desde la terraza. El restaurante Kaloa tiene una calidad suprema. La atención del personal es magnífica. El wifi funciona bastante bien. El ambiente es de calma total.
