Great location in quit residential are with harbor views. Easy walk to everything. The room was very large and there is a communal kitchen area.

Lovely building, nice and specious room.

We had room 9 in the basement. Above us was room 2, where a family of elephants with running kids staid. On woiden floors. Leanne warned them to be quiet in the evening. Apparently, they tought it only counted for that day. Next morning at 7am they woke up and it all started again. This time with a screaming kid as well. If you know the building is that noisy, why do you put a family with going kids in the upper room? Also, the matrass of the double bed was way too soft, killing my back.

It was very charming, great location, amazing views, everything you need for a stay in Hobart.

Amenities were a little limited but we managed using the communal things provided! The heater in our room was pretty outdated and didn’t work very well.

Really well situated in a quiet street in Battery Point - couldn't be better! Good restaurants and coffee shops a couple of blocks away, and less than 15 mins walk to Salamanca/docks. The room was nice, and facilities were good.
