The king bed was comfortable and the linen was clean

The property was not clean. The shower recess was dirty the floors hadn’t been vacuumed or mopped, the bedside tables were dusty and there was no bulb in the bedside lamp

Extremely noisy due to close proximity of traffic. Air-conditioning inadequate. Very basic amenities

We had trouble being notified of the entry code.

Nothing.

There was no tv remote. I called and asked about it and they would not bring another one over. They also couldn't accomodate another room for us. The bed has stains all over the dooner, the shower had not been washed or cleaned for months. The floor of the shower looks worse then a shower you would see in a correctional facility. Or a public shower To be honest. There was grime literally half way up the shower screen. . there was filthy BROWN fingerprints on the inside of fhe bathroom cupboard. Towels thrown into cupboard underneath. Stains all over the walls. Horrible customer service by the staff who answered the phone whilst still talking to other staff members. And not listening. He first sent confirmation for a completely different property i called three times with issues before i had been inside 2 minutes
