Contact with staff was remote but we got all the information we needed.

The room wasn't clean. The floors, shower and crockery were obviously not cleaned. It did look like we had clean towels and bedding, so that was good. The tea and coffee supplies hadn't been replenished either. If I was the owner I'd be looking for someone else to service the rooms.

The mattress was comfortable but that's about the only positive thing I can say about the place

It was disgustingly dirty. Toilet was stained showers were dirty even the table was dirty. I counted about 3 different spiders crawling around there where probably more would not recommend.

Easy access via key-code, with a good sized room and a comfortable king bed.

The bathroom hadn’t been cleaned very well, it had been left with a full rubbish bin and dirty taps and floor. We also couldn’t get the TV to work. Room 1 is very noisy due to the main road location.

No contact access and location in relation to dining options

Driveway was woeful, parking was very tight. While I was there, the sewer lid popped off in the driveway & was spewing raw septic waste

The cost has gone up in 1o months by 25%

Convenient location to our sporting venue.

Our room was dirty, with unfinished cleaning items put into a bathroom cupboard that still had human hair on them, and urine spots on the bathroom floor near the toilet. The room was also quite cold, and with no spare blankets we had to crank up the heater. It wasn’t worth the money we paid for the night.

The room was exceptional and the bed was to die for.

Nothing except our GOS couldn’t find the street.
