Lancemore Mansion Hotel Werribee Park

We enjoyed the pool and breakfast was nice.

The renovation work meant we didn't get to see some of the outer historic features of the building. A light on an outdoor building shone into our room all night. The blinds helped a bit but not totally dark in the room.

The hotel is surrounded by a wonderful garden.

This is a 3-star hotel. As a European, it was surprising to see how little attention is paid to cleanliness outside the rooms. If an Asian man welcomes you at the restaurant, be prepared that his shirt may be dirty and his attitude rather unmotivated. Unfortunately, I woke up at 7 AM because they were moving or unloading something right under my terrace. It is not worthy of a quiet hotel experience.

The rooms are very small and not functional, the restaurant is very expensive and under whelming.
