Beautiful grounds

Rooms were old, staff are not accommodating or friendly - they almost seem to forget they are working in a guest services role especially the woman managing Josephs restaurant. Do not go to Joseph’s restaurant- it’s over priced, basic service for the prices they charge and food is average 3/10 - I would recommend the 10min walk to the Shadowfax Winery way better service and food was 10/10

Location is fabulous: so much to see and do within the park: gardens, walks, zoo, natural flora and fauna, equestrian event, golf etc

Tennis courts not maintained and no sign of rackets - what a waste. Initially difficult to find and it would have been useful to have been given the entry gate code on the first day.
