The staff are absolutely wonderful. So helpful and go above and beyond. From reception staff, to the restaurant staff and even the cleaner. All fantastic!

The property and room all felt very dated. Having booked a junior suite, the bathroom was dated, stained, marked tiles on the floor etc. Stained carpets and decor. Dark in the dining room for breakfast and along the hallways during the day.
