Lancemore Mansion Hotel Werribee Park

The gardens were beautiful and so was the food at Joseph’s restaurant

The room was very run down . Not as clean as you would have expected for a 4.5-5 star hotel. Understaffed

Absolutely beautiful the rooms, grounds, food, staff and facilities.

Being in a mansion, and walking around the grounds. It is also next to the zoo so there is so much to do without leaving the area. The pool was also great. And there is a very nice hike you can do from the grounds to Werribee reserve

We were upgraded to a superior room( thank you Booking.com!) The regular rooms seemed small.

Nice building and location so close to the zoo. Pretty gardens and a large mansion to wander around in. Good restaurant and meals.

Stunning on the surface

Tired looking, the classic “broken windows theory,” letters falling off the signs, cob webs in the windows, furniture tired and chipped. Weird prison aesthetic metallic fixtures in the bathrooms. Really poor wedding coordination.

The place had history. Staff were helpful

We got there late and the room provided was dirty one
