Good price for location, was offered a better room than booked which was nice. Place was clean.

Rooms are not sound or light proof by any means. If you can move past that you will be ok.

"Great host in a cute neighborhood"

The host and staff are very friendly. The neighborhood is super walkable with beautiful homes and many places to eat and grab coffee.

Not super relevant, but you need a reservation to visit Frida's house. I was not aware of that so missed the opportunity,

It needs furniture beside the bed and a mirror in the bathroom. Probably drinkable water for courtesy.
