The house was nice. Good location and friendly people.

The property has a an "airport shuttle" service which is where the staff gets you an Uber. We had arranged for an airport pick up a few days in advance and made sure to write out the full name of our arrival airport and mentioning it multiple times. When we landed at 11 pm, it turned out the Uber had been sent to the wrong airport. The problem further being that this airport has no public transport yet. We waited a few hours while they tried to fix the problem, but they eventually gave up. Around 2 in the morning our only remaining option was to get an overpriced taxi to the property, at which point they promised to compensate for their mistake by giving us a full night's refund. We were happy with this solution, except for the fact that the refund never came. We have contacted the property as well as booking.com multiple times, but they don't seem to remember our agreement. At this point (three months have passed), we no longer expect them to keep their promise. They claim that Booking has not reached out to them despite it happening. Good service on sight, but incredibly poor help once they're paid.

Upgraded to a nicer room with a balcony and kitchenette, good location, good price, decent bed, modern bathroom with good shower and hot water. I was able to store my bags for a few hours after check out.

I was given instructions on how to check in when I arrived late (11pm, solo female). Wrong code.was given for door so I was standing there alone with my luggage texting the staff. As well, my room was changed 3 times before entering which didn't give a good impression of organization. Not a great start to my stay, though it did get better. My upgraded room with a kitchen was much appreciated but it only contained a pair of wooden chopsticks for cutlery.
