What a lovely little place! Situated i the heart of Mazunte, this hotel is on one of the main streets with lots of shops and restaurants and only a short walk to the beach. Slightly set back off the road so no issues with noise overnight. AC works great. Clean and comfortable. Let us leave our bags until 3pm on day of check-out.

Family room had a nice balcony. There were also showers we could use after check out.

The only thing I didn’t like was the rooster in the backyard of a property next to it, cause it sang every morning at 4/5 am and kept going till the sun was up

Location is right on one of the main tourist streets. Easy walk to the main beach, easy walk to bars, restaurants and shops. Within walking distance to the park and the hike to the point lookout. Not on the beach, but close, and in the hub of tourism buzz. Wifi worked good. Had no problems here with staff or security.

Go in with proper expectations so you can be happy. If you are a backpacker, if you are here for the hippie vibe, if you are a person who would be comfortable staying in a hostel this should be good for you. If you are expecting the Marriott hotel you should look elsewhere. No hot water, no pool, no restaurant, no safe, no air-conditioning, front desk not always staffed. Room is nothing fancy, no windows and no screens so bugs, noise from barking dogs, music from bars, zooming scooters etc are all heard and experienced in the room. While the bathroom and sheets appeared cleaned, in general the hotel is rustic. I managed to have a good time, but based on other really good reviews here expected something more charming.

Clean, has Aircon and is very pretty! It's good if you want to be in the centre. They were very good with any booking changes. Relaxing vibe to it with hammocks and eco friendly.

Value for money as it is quite expensive for what you get. You need to be very comfortable with who you are staying with as the bathrooms are very open/the rooms aren't hugely private either. The WiFi isn't the best. It's quite loud as it's on the main road with dogs barking too in the mornings.
