Location is great, at the central of the town

The water system was not working very well, the shower was not be the right temperature , either too hot or too cold all the time. It was very difficult to shower. But the Bathtub water system is quite alright

Location was close to the Green, in charming Ballater. Restaurant below was excellent and would recommend dining there. Nice family run business.

I reported someone entered our room using a pin code whilst we were inside. No one responded to my message. I received lots of communication from them, let us know, but I heard nothing to this message. Sofa bed in our room was only a 2 seater which would be too small for 2 adults. Fortunately, we were 3 in total in the room.

This was perfect for me. I came to climb. With a kettle I could breakfast when I wanted and get going. The real bonus was to soak in a bath before walking downstairs to eat. The key arrangements worked well too.

The flannel bottom sheet but that was changed on request.

Ideally situated in the centre of Ballater. The upstairs suite I stayed in had alovely views of the church square on one side and surrounding hills on the other. There is a bedroom, shower room and large living room space.

Very scenic location

Duvet was too warm, with no alternative duvet or sheets. Warm night.

Location was stunning . Free parking across street . No checking hassle just code on room .. and the most amazing Italian restaurant downstairs with best food and staff ..

I was only booked for one night would have loved longer stay

Great location

The property is in a good position opposite the pretty town square and church

The decor is very dated. Cheap pictures on walls, wallpaper peeling off. Cheap carpets.
