Not much. Room functional.

Premium prices for a less than average experience. Room had cheap laminate that was poorly fitted. Furniture in the room could easily have been bought in a charity shop. Very noisy as the room was above the beer garden. Evening meal ridiculously priced at £19 each for both our meals. Oven chips. Gammon was so salty it was almost inedible. The veggie tagine was half a tin of chickpeas, half a tin of tomatoes and a few spices. A bit of rice and bread for £19. Ingredients probably cost £2 at most. Breakfast was a farce. 15 minutes before we were asked if we would like tea or coffee. 40 minutes before our overcooked breakfast appeared. Instead of being asked if we would like brown or white toast we were reassured that it didn't matter because it was 'best of both' sliced bread, as if it was a real treat we were getting. The woman taking breakfast orders told everyone this as if we would be impressed. £150 for b&b. I've stayed in better for less than £90. Total rip off.

Central location. Large comfortable room and large bathroom. Friendly staff. Yummy breakfast.
