Staff are beyond exceptional! Very comfortable. Clean. Love this place!!!

I was anxious about staying alone, but every person I encountered was so professional and so helpful that I quickly got over that. The bedding was clean and wonderful, especially compared to other hotels where I stayed. Breakfast had a full variety of food choices. Everything was so clean and the air conditioning worked well.

I needed to call because the wi-fi code in the room didn't work, but I received immediate assistance to switch to another wi-fi option.

Breakfast selection was passable at best. It’s not bad but nothing to write home about.

We were initially assigned top floor rooms. Above us, someone had reserved the bar until 4 am for a very Loud music party. We were not informed about this prior to entering our rooms. The music and sound reverberated throughout the entire hotel building. We later on moved to a lower floor (4th and 3rd), which were ok for a night of sleep. In no civilized country does a hotel allow loud music like this to disturb the guests until the wee hours of the morning. I feel it was money not well spent, but we had to stay in Dhaka due to an emergency.

No changes in food. Same everytime like this year, last year and before..

Great stay! I had a last minute change in my trip and needed to stay close to the airport. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe in the hotel and wandering around the area! The staff was extremely helpful and walked me to the ATM across the street to make sure I found it. The room was very cozy and the bathroom was very nice and clean. Room service for dinner was great and decently priced. The buffet breakfast had a great combo of Western and South Asian food. Do note that it claims to be five minutes away from the airport but this is Dhaka. Traffic is crazy there so give yourself some wiggle room when leaving for the airport. Very pleased with my stay
