There was a party upstairs in the night

The room was comfortable.

There was a lot of noise, couldn't sleep well.

restaurant staff were good, front desk also good when checking in, when checking out was too bad location was Ok for exhibition

breakfast is only local food full of spices, not international breakfast a shoe print was on my bed and on one of the pillows, I asked the room service to come and see they took photo and changed bed sheets, next day another shoe print was on the bed again when checking in they gave me exchange rate 115 against 1 USD, when checking out I wanted to pay some in local and some in USD they wanted to exchange 20$ at 100, in airport it was 113 they kept saying hotel policy, when I asked for a receipt against the cheap exchange they rejected, I requested a stamp and signature to confirm the rate of the exchange on my bill they agreed to give 110 rate hardly

The service by all the staff was excellent but a special shout out to Rojana at the front desk who was extraordinarily kind and helpful.

Staff took the mic in checking out thinking I would scam the mini bar making me late for my flight.. might be a culture thing but was very annoying as I only stayed here as its close to the airport but they guy on the counter nearly made me miss my flight as they did not allow me to leave until they checked the rooms incase I nicked a redbull what joke.. why not keep a small deposit as part the booking?
