Personnel vraiment gentil, et accueillant. Très bon matelas. Propre. C'est Super de pouvoir souper au resto, excellent petit dej.

Petit bémol : Un peu bruyant en soirée, notre fenêtre donnait sur le stationnement, alors que les clients du restaurant quittaient. Un vendredi c'est normal...

Petit balcon avec vue sur le lac dans la chambre #3. Chambre petite, mais confortable et bien équipée.

Manque de contrôle sur la température de l'air climatisé. Douche très petite.

l'emplacement est idéal, très calme et de taille humaine, j'ai adoré. Le personnel a le sourire et est à l'écoute de toutes les demandes, avec une patience infinie.

"A very good place to stay."

The Hotel is in a good location, near Lac Megantic. The room was comfortable and generally quiet. Storage and shower OK. Staff very friendly and the food, when available (cooked breakfast only available at weekends) is very good.

I had problems with my laptop. Generally though, Wi Fi is OK.
