De gebouwen zijn prachtig, en door de sneeuw werd het sprookjesachtig. Het ontbijt en diner waren lekker.

Personeel was niet klantvriendelijk. Er was maar een van de twee sauna’s open en in die sauna passen maar 4 mensen. Veel te weinig voor het aantal gasten dat ze ontvangen. Bij het ontbijt kun je niet kant en klare eieren, vlees of kaas pakken. Je moet alles zelf snijden of bereiden.

"Great stay"

The area was picturesque and quiet with lovely views and walks. The food on New Year's Eve was incredible, as was the breakfast. After the hype, New Year's Day was a touch subpar... but Maureen and Chiara made us feel welcome and helped a lot Housekeeping was superb

It was a bit pricey. The water pressure and temperature couldnt keep up with all the guests at times.
