Nothing. I could not access my room and had to leave

I was NOT provided with the room number or access code by either email or booking. Com and I stood for an hour. I called the contact number. NO reply. NO-ONE to receive you. I had to leave and find somewhere else to stay and Ponderisa is STILL charging me! I find this totally unacceptable

The light fixtures and wooden walls were so dusty.The door paneling too.The bathroom door doesn’t has the handle to open from inside.All decorations were really dusty too.The price is to high for those dusty stuff

We ended up having to stay at another property that the owner had. Expedia double booked us at the ponderosa inn. We arrived in at the ponderosa in escalente at 8:45pm. Expedia gave us the room code and we opened the door and there were other guests in the room. I called archie the property owner and explained the situation. He confirmed that there was another booking for the room and expedia did not notify him of our booking. He was able to get us a room in another of his properties. He went above and beyond to help us even though it caused him to have to get a room ready and deal with booking us in at 9 to 10 at night.

Sehr geräumige Suite mit allem was es braucht und sauber. Bei der Buchung erhält man Vorschläge von Essensorten. Bei Fragen schnelle Rückmeldung.

The Family Suite was exceptionally great. The attention to detail on this room is phenomenal. You will have everything you need and more. We will be back for sure. My husband’s favorite is the bear. ❤️

Das angebotene Zimmer ist gut. Es handelt sich jedoch um ein self check in Motel, d.h. es gibt keine Rezeption, niemand ist vor Ort. Vorab gab es einen Tür Code zum Zimmer per E-Mail. Dieser funktioniert jedoch nicht. Auf mehrere E-Mails antwortete leider niemand, auch die im Eingangsbereich hinterlegte Telefonnummer „bei Problemen“ funktionierte nicht. Erst nach fast 3 Stunden und unzähligen Versuchen jemanden von dem Motel zu erreichen, wurde ein neuer Code am Telefon übermittelt. Die Zugänge zu den Zimmern sind Kamera überwacht, aber auch hier reagierte auf winken und Zeichen geben. niemand. Eine Überwachung findet also nicht wirklich statt, so dass ich jeder unbehelligt Zutritt verschaffen kann,, hier und im Service müsste der Gastgeber erheblich nachbessern. Das Hotel ist insgesamt sehr hellhörig. Die Fenster lassen sich leider nicht öffnen.
