Home away from home very nice

They had great kitchen and a grill out back. We didn’t use it but if we had stayed later maybe we would have.

The Ponderosa suite was amazing. It has a full well stocked kitchen, comfortable furnishings separate bedroom with spa tub. Unit has 2 full bathrooms. Outside patio with gas grills and patio furniture. It was private, quiet and very clean. We enjoyed our 3 nights and will definitely come back.

Confort et conception de la chambre

Aucun personnel sur place. Personnel injoignable ni par téléphone ni par mail alors que nous ne pouvions pas entrer dans notre chambre à l'arrivée. Une heure d'attente et encaissement abusif de 163€. Aucune réactivité aux messages sur Booking durant les 5 nuits que nous avons passé. La cuisine et le salon partagés n'existent pas.

Bathroom door would not stay shut

Das Ponderosa Inn liegt am Arsch der Welt und ist total urig. Der Checkin erfolgt online. Wir hatten damit Probleme aber es wurde uns sofort per Telefon geholfen. Die Zimmer sind liebevoll im Westernstil eingerichtet. Draußen gibt es einen Grill und eine Feuerstelle. Wer es gerne abgelegen mag,bist hier genau richtig. Uns hat es gefallen

No staff on site. Key code did not work on arrival. Worst: unilateral substitution of confirmed room for other. No communication from property in response to complaint.

Location and amenities were excellent. The sunsets each evening from the porch was serene and beautiful too.
