"One of the worst hotel at Velingrad. Not suitable for foreign tourists"

The pools and the room were okay.

Very unfriendly staff. No english speaking staff member. It was hard and connected with strong discussions to get an invoice. Breakfast is not worthy to call it breakfast.

The hotel was nice, the stuff at the reception was friendly. The room was good, and the bathroom was clean. The massage lady is a goddess!!!

The stuff in the restaurant could be more friendly. The pillows were not comfortable at all.

The food was delicious and you have a lot of options! It was clean and tidy everywhere in the hotel!

The Spa Centre is small, they can add more facilities for 4 star hotel but it was nice.

"My impressions from the stay are great - kind staff, delicious food, luxury spa."

I liked the most the view from the hotel, the kind staff, the rich breakfast and dinner, the spa; that the room was clean and spacious and that we had easy access to the forest.

I didn't like the lunch the first day.
