Good location, but subject to late night and early morning delivery and maintenance noise - bring your white noise machine. Apt was clean.

AC mostly inadequate, confined to one room, southern facing windows ensured high interior temps during the day, Old electrical outlets, oddly placed, made using them difficult when they worked, pay attention to the fridge as regular use tended to move the box until it's plug fell out - ruining our purchased food and stored meds.

The place is on the beach and the views and sound of the ocean are great.

It would have been nice to have extra, old towels to take to the beach. Buying them was expensive.

The location couldn’t be better, had a great stay, there is a lovely BBQ to cook fish you can catch.

Expensive, in fact everything in Montezuma is over priced compared to the rest of the country.

Smack on the beach , scenic view from our balcony, and conveniently located to shops and restaurants.

Not enough towels, washcloth s and no shampoo.

Amazing view right in the centre of the village.

Basic facilities but internet was excellent.

Every staff member was super nice and helpful and there are no better location to stay in the entire Montezuma

It was great to have a communal kitchen but it was very small and challenging to prepare food for a family.
