Hotel Alfaresort Thermal Chiflika

Пакетните и условия за почивните дни! Не всеки има възможност от време да си позволи две нощувки. Всичко е на ниво, но ме загубиха с това, че задължително трябва да бъде повече от една нощувка.

Located in a beautiful mountain area and the set up of the three hotels is very appealing. The staff in our restaurant was nice and helpful; however in the Palace restaurant very slow and she required cash payment, which is strange in a "resort". The buffet and breakfast were okay and the drinks are cheap (not sure it will stay that way after introduction of the euro).

The y did an excellent job with the pictures, but the reality is different. They have many rules !!! You are nog allowed to go to one of the others pools on the property, you are not allowed to drink coffee before 8 AM. All the pools are extremely small and not fit for the amount of guests. The rooms don't have a coffee machine, no complimentary water, no airconditioning and a TV with just one channel. There was an unpleasant smell in the rooms (couldn't figure out where it came from). The stairs to our area were quite dangerous due to the broken tiles (unfit for the elderly).

Compact, everything was in perfect walking distance.

The bathrooms weren’t clean.

Thermal pool and sauna.

Quality of the pillows and sun beds.

Everything was clean. Dinner and breakfast were included and were quite tasty. The two small pools were amazing. The two saunas and relax areas were also amazing. The room was clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking available. Close to hiking trails.

The steam room wasn't functional.
