Hotel Alfaresort Thermal Chiflika

The breakfast was ok, nothing fancy, not too much diversity, still enough to start the day with energy. On the other side, the dinner buffet was excellent, many options to chose from. The SPA was great and the small pool with thermal water at ~40 degrees just next to the bigger pool with regular, cold water was an interesting experience, if you dare to swim in both pools. The hotel has also a kids corner, a room designated as a play area with many toys.

The pool with thermal water is too small compared with the hotel capacity. The children wanted to have more space to play in the water.

Cozy place, quiet, nice to visit during winter. Has 24-hour outside thermal pool and a cold water pool. Also has two sauna rooms and a warm room relaxing and with a nice view to the river. Would recommend visiting in winter.

The breakfast was okay, we didn't go hungry, but also it wasn't very delicious either. The staff didn't bother cleaning the snow, so I can park easily, even when I asked them. They just gave excuses and empty promises. It would have taken them no more than 10 minutes to clean some space, instead of making excuses. It feels like they expect customers to do their work.
