Food was good. Bed was comfortable

Told could not check in until 5pm. Left to wait till 5.20pm outside with no apology. Did not answer phone. Bathroom clean but shower head broken wh basin does not drain well and flush stays on unless you play with it.

Lovely family room and comfortable, had everything we needed and very friendly staff

We got woken up Sunday morning early by the smoke alarm going off and no one around to speak to, which had apparently happened before

Good friendly staff, clean comfortable room and good breakfast. In addition the food in the pub was very good.

"A really pleasant stay."

Lovely comfortable room, nice toiletries, and little extras such as biscuits, water and tissues. Restaurant was lovely too, as was the food. Staff very friendly.
