Perfect location right in the high street. The staff were extremely helpful, we arrived very late but arranging to collect the keys was made easy by the staff.

Staying above a pub on a Saturday night could be a little noisy for some

Only downside was the shower head and hose was a bit mouldy

There’s nothing to report here

We booked a table for our evening meal. The food actually blew us away. The taste and portions were fabulous. The extra touches of the tunnocks / whisky and crisps in the room was top notch. Our room was just perfect for our wee break, comfortable and cozy and not to noisy with it being located about a lively bar. The staff were all very friendly and the owner was very nice asking about our stay on our departure.

Our only gripe although really negligible was no breakfast option with the room. There were plenty of establishments in the local surrounding so it wasn’t even really an issue
