The Salmon Inn

It was tidy and stylish with a huge bed. The complimentary tea cakes, whiskey and hot chocolates were a lovely touch too, and needed after a 6 hour journey

No air con and my room had the sun shining through it all day so the room was very hot when I arrived. Also couldn’t get the shower to go cold.

The room was clean and modern. It was comfortable and had all amenities required for a comfortable stay.

Nothing negative to report.

Great location, comfy bed

Dirty Womens hygiene products left in the bins, unsanitary and could be cleaner. Couldn’t get into the restaurant months before which was a shame but good stay overall.

The staff were friendly and accommodating and the room was clean enough and of good size.

The room was cold when arriving in the evening. The room lacked access to Internet. There was no breakfast available, and for the price, that should really have been included.

Location

A bit of forethought prior to the customers coming into the room would be to have the room heaters on as it was absolutely freezing and took 2 days to heat up. Also there have been smokers in the room at some point.

Good location. Pleasant bar.

No breakfast - tho we knew this in advance. Bedroom heating not turned on before arrival - weather was very cold.
