The Angel Inn

Restaurant was good - food hot and well presented.

Lighting in our room was inadequate. Could barely see to read a book. Fortunately my wife had brought with her a v bright portable light she needs for close sewing so we managed with that. Longlife milk not a favourite! Larger choice of cereals would be good, as also some fresh fruit? Toaster would be better than croissants tho' maybe a fire risk from your point of view (burnt toast setting of fire alarms?)

Really liked the continental breakfast idea in the room. The Italian restaurant is wonderful . Food quality is great.

We liked the staff’s proactiveness, room cleanliness, and comfortable bed. Warm too which was lovely.

Bathroom lights a bit jarring white, would prefer a warmer colour temp.

We had an early start so the continental breakfast was perfect. Rooms were well stocked with a fridge. Staff were some of the most helpful and friendliest I have ever come across
